  Extremely happy with the job Owens Heating and Cooling did replacing my HVAC. My heating unit died 3 days before Christmas. I called them the next day and Willie was at my house the next morning, arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. Worked with the home warranty right away and was able to get me a new unit in a week even in these times of low supply and high demand. As soon as the unit came in, he installed my new unit the next day. If I could give 6 stars I would. Excellent work!!

  This place is great. From the office staff to the installers. Everything went perfectly. They worked with my home warranty company. Showed up on time. Did not mess around, did not try to up sell me. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Owens.

  Owens responded quickly to the service call; they were actually a bit early. The diagnosis was quick and accurate. They found the part in stock same day and came back later that afternoon and installed the part so the heat could be turned back on. They provided timely updates on the status so I did not have to wonder what the situation was or how long I would have to be waiting for the issue to be resolved. Could not have been more pleased. The service tech was professional and very polite. Great company and would call them again for my HVAC work and I have several properties.
