I highly recommend Overholt for all your heating and air needs. The lady that scheduled our service was so kind. Being without ac in the summer heat with a one-year old was stressful and she was very patient and accommodating. They were able to work us in sooner than expected and exceeded expectations. Our technician was Eric. He was very thorough and took time to explain the issue and how we could prolong the life of our system. He was really friendly and professional. Their price was fair too. Honestly, I can’t say enough positive things about our experience.

They did a great job installing my AC and even fixed some things that my last furnace guys did on the fly. Professional, knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and at a competitive price. I will highly recommend Overholt for someone's heat and AC needs

Used Overholt 1 year ago to add a 2nd unit to home. Just recently had them out again for yearly maintenance as well as to fix a preexisting problem with the old AC duct work. They are some of the finest folks in any of the trades. I would recommend them every single time. They do great work and are better people.

Guy that look at our furnace did really well our attic entry is pretty small and he was able to get up there and do everything he needed to. They will be checking out our ac unit next. Good company and quick responses with emails.

My moms heat was out.  Blower just blew lukewarm air.  We have the biggest snowstorm and below zero temperatures coming.  I was more than worried about her as well as her pipes freezing.  A friend recommended Overholt.  My mom called at about 4 on Friday said they would be out Monday.  She was like ok if thats all we can do.  Shannon called her a couple hours later and said, no we cant let you be without heat this weekend.  They came out today, saturday, and had it fixed in no time.  It was a burned up wire on the ac.  They were able to do a temporary fix and will come back this summer to fix it completely.  I am so grateful they fixed it before the bad weather hits.  They were compassionate, friendly and very professional.  Thank you again and will most definitely use you for all our heat and air needs.  Will recommend to everyone I know.

Over the years me and my extended family have used Overholt Heating and air for our personal homes, new construction business and many remodel jobs. Once we found them we have never used anyone else. Top notch and very timely service. They are one of the only subcontractors I would allow to deal directly with my customers. 5 star all the way. I recommend them to everyone I can.

I tried and failed setting up my new smart thermostat. I called Overholt heating and air-conditioning and they were out the next day and had it installed in a matter of minutes. The best part about it for me; as a single woman is being able to trust the people that were in my home. I was also able to pay my invoice online, which I loved. I will never use anyone else else.

We have used Overholt Heat & Air for our business and residence. They are prompt, affordable and always willing to go the extra mile. An example of this was when our A/C went out in July. The tech drove to Tulsa to pick up the part so we wouldn't have to go any longer than necessary with out our air conditioner. That kind of service dedication is just who they are. I highly recommend them for all your heat and air needs.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! We had them come out to look at our AC (it was blowing cool air, but not enough to keep the house cold during this hot weather, thermostat read 83°). Tech arrived looked at the unit, said it was dirty and just cleaned it, charged us 120 bucks then left. We had to call him back that afternoon because it was still not working. The tech came back out, said it was the compressor and will prob need a new unit. Didn't know how much it would cost but would contact us to let us know. Never called us back to inform us how much it would cost! Horrible customer service! Got a 2nd opinion SINCE OVERHOLT WOULD NOT HELP US! The other company put us in a hotel since we have little kids and there was no way we could sleep in a hot house in this heat, and they came out the next day at 9am and installed a new unit!! I WOULD NEVER WORK WITH OVERHOLT HEATING & AIR EVER AGAIN, NOR WILL ANY OF MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS!! -5 Stars!

I wanted to reach out and apologize for the experience that you had with our team.  This is not typical of us and can assure you that it does not happen often. We would not want to be in a hot house either!  When I spoke to Chase, I informed him that we have shredded your check and regret that you had a bad experience.  When we cleaned your unit, our technician spent one hour, and charged the proper amount for the time spent.  I understand that your unit was almost 20 years old, was very dirty and the freon was overcharged (not by our company) which is what likely caused it to fail.  He explained to Chase that it may not have much life in it because of the strain the unit was under.  It was a complete surprise to him as well that the valves went bad the same day.  When he left your house that evening, our office had closed.  Our Sales Representative left a message with Chase the following afternoon, but did not receive a response.  It is our policy that our technicians do not quote pricing, their sole job is to repair units.  This extreme heat that we have been under during the past month has caused our technicians to work 60+ hours per week.  While not an excuse for the delay in response, I hope you can understand it has played a factor in this confusion/miscommunication.  We have 24-hour phone response and would have been more than happy to provide you with window units until we completed your replacement.

Again, we hope you can accept our apologies and are happy that you have a new system.

I've used this company several years ago but most recently for my mom that still lives in Collinsville.  I called Brad Overholt that morning and by the afternoon he had sent someone over and had her taken care of.  I appreciate someone else looking out for my mom when I can't.

In property management I personally do a large volume of work with Overholt. I cannot say enough good things about every single one of their employees. Best service and prices as well.

They were the worst.  They charged an initial service fee.  That is fine, but then they made a phone call to the office to see if they had a part.  That cost us an extra $75.  Didn't fix our air, they left and we never heard from them again.  Never returned any of our phone calls.  They cashed our check though.  We sat in 90 degree plus house for two days and had to call another company.  Avoid them like the plague please.
