Wade and the entire team are wonderful… we live in Wisconsin and have a condo in Punta Gorda so we were not there while installation was happening, but Wade kept us up-to date w pictures, FaceTime, and messages!!

Had them show up this morning for a/c not working. Didn't get the news I had hoped for but it wasn't unexpected. Needed a new a/c system. 5 hours later and I'm sitting here with a brand new working system. These guys couldn't have done a better job. Fair price and amazing service. Will continue to use them for all my a/c needs.

Mark came out every thing was fine. Next year Adam came out suggested needed over 400 dollars work. Told him I wanted to try to get the builder to fix it. Builder did not. Called Osprey back in four months and ask them to do the work. Now they said without even coming back I would need over 2 thousand dollars in repairs. Just can not figure out how it went from 400 to 2000 in four months on a 3 year old house.

We were not the original A/C Company.  They installed improper ductwork dimensions making your machine grow biological growth and the tape seams were falling off and leaking cool air into your garage.  I gave you an estimate simply to do a quick repair of the plenums and clean up the air handler for $400. During the interim, you stated your intentions to sue the original A/C company, and then to sue the General Contractor, and then to sue the builder of your 2-year-old home. So when you called back we took your intentions into consideration and decided if we were going to put ourselves into your bullseye, we wanted the entire job done to perfection, and not the temporary repair that we originally quoted.  So we took calculations and verified what our static pressure test indicated...that your ductwork is inadequate and needed an upsizing to make static pressure 0.5 total.  The additional ductwork involved escalated the price of the job to what we decided to quote. ($2000).  If you have any additional questions about this, or decide to make your home right, give us a call, you'll be impressed with our work.
