OSI came to my house to do a boiler removal and installation, all I can say is that their service was phenomenal! They had the nicest of staff and they got the job done right! 10/10 hands down would recommend them no questions asked.

What can I said, they are the best, they are my Oil and maintenance providers for my house heating system,  they are always ready for emergency and also their service 10 out of 5 , just simple they are the best, we have been with them for 12 years and we are veryyyyy happy with their service....Thank youuuuu OSI.

This company is an exact reason people say you get what you pay for!! They have come through on multiple occasions to repair and install heating and cooling products for my high end custom home builder company. Hands down worth the extra money!!

My entire family has been using OSI for over 25 years. They are the best and most reliable in the business. Like clockwork, before every major snow storm, their trucks are out making sure customers are filled for heating. They are trustworthy and accessible, and service techs are knowledgeable. And, while they are a large operation, they are still family run and the owners are always available any time of day - weekday, weekend or holiday - to answer any questions or to help you out. If you live in NY/Long Island, these are your guys. Don’t waste your time or money with anyone else.

OSI has been servicing my AC unit for a few years now and they have always been very nice, whoever comes to my home.    Two weeks ago I was told that I needed a new system, because my old one was corroded and had a leak, which I know is the truth.    They came worked for two days straight and installed my new system and it has been working great so far.    The techs that came to my house were very nice and respectful to my family and I and kept the area they were working in clean.    I have no complaints and will definitely keep using them down road.

OSI has been our heating/oil company for a few years now. They have always been reliable, with extremely fair pricing. They now handle our a/c too!  This season we had to replace two of our a/c zones. The first one was installed in May, before the heat of summer. It was a big job and was installed over a couple of days. I barely knew they were here! They came in and out and completed the job, neatly, efficiently, and were always polite! Our upstairs unit blew right before July 4th! OSI was there for my family! They appreciated the "emergency" and worked to get the unit installed within two days! Russell and his team were amazing! Always polite, neat, and explained what he was doing so even I could understand it! We are so grateful to have OSI on speed-dial!

Crooks. $588 for a cheap kitchen faucet i could have bought at home depot or lowes for less than $100 and installation. Took advantage of an 85 year old woman. Disgusting and disgraceful. Condo uses them. No choice. And 7 months later, they did the same. Installed a replacement fan/light switch . Charged her $215. Condo board will not be using them ever again.

I feel like this company just ripped me off majorly. I had to have technicians come 3 times because my air wasn’t working. The first two said there was nothing wrong and the first actually had the audacity to mansplain to me what temperature a house should be set at. The second one installed a thermostat, which of course wasn’t the problem, but he was able to bill me for it. The third technician identified and fixed the problem. That said, OSI was willing to only remove the service fee off the second tech, but I still had to pay for first and third.  When trying to call them to resolve the matter, I was told i needed to speak to Jerry- who was never available and in over a 6 week span and multiple calls, never called me back.  That said, I don’t specially recommend, but I know others have had positive experiences.

OSI has been servicing my heating & hot water systems for over 38 years and have NEVER let me down. No matter what day or time of day, if I have a problem, they are right there when I need them. And may I say, NEVER RUDE and ALWAYS HONEST!!

We recently closed on our house in Oceanside and a neighbor recommended OSI for our oil. Since then, we've utilized OSI for a variety of services including replacing our old heating system. Speaking of which, the work that was done to replace the unit was simply amazing. They dismantled a 60+ year old unit and replaced it with a state of the art system that was clearly installed with great care and attention to detail.

Everyone from OSI (and I have met quite a few of their staff) treats you like family, as they give sound professional advice and are never pushy. The communication from the office personnel is outstanding and they are always friendly. When dealing with businesses, it is always a pleasure to work with those who give you a precise time when work will start and finish and OSI does just that.

We're very happy to have been turned on to OSI, recommend them highly and look forward to working with them in the future.
