Heater went out called them for the repair. They couldn't get the part and didn't communicate with us that the part wouldn't be in until Monday, heater went out Thursday. He was completely unconcerned that I would be without heat for the weekend. He even said at least its warming up the high for the weekend is 44 degrees. Its currently 50 degrees in my house apparently space heaters are supposed to keep an old farm house warm.

We have used Osborn for several years, they do a fantastic job! They came same day on a really hot day when of course your air conditioner always breaks. They found the problem quickly and fixed it right up! Thank you. Highly Recommend
