  Called as a hot water valve on the washer broke and was leaking. Had to shut off my hot water. Said it would take them two weeks to get out. I guess if you have a water emergency call someone else because they do not prioritize calls.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! Called them and they refused to come out when our heat went out! We have 2 kids and it is freezing outside! They have been out 2 times already and have yet to repair this furnace! Biggest joke of a company ever!
