  I have had Orangutan services for over 3 years but the experiences were nothing but TERRIBLE, unprofessional and more importantly DISHONEST. After the failed 3 years of maintenance service program, Ruben came to check on AC. All he did was open the Airhandler and Evaporator but did not clean but showed me a diagnostic invoice to recommend "extended warranty of $2000" without knowing what parts are warranted. Worst part is In his maintenance invoice, he described "properly diluted low-PH or acid-based EPA & MFG approved chemical coil cleaner and thoroughly ventilated and protected surroundings and repeated rinse as necessary". This description was absolutely FALSE. He even did not have a proper tool to open the front door of Evaporator. The POOR WORK ETHICS in Orangutan are pandemic!! If you want STREE FREE daily life, don't hire Orangutan!!!

  This company is terrible, scammed a 83 y/o women into buying a $12,000 AC unit, when her other unit was perfectly fine. They prey on the seniors that are on a fixed income and they don't care, she tried to talk to customer service and basically told her "it's not their problem". This company probably would scam their own elderly parents. SO THIS A WARNING TO EVERYONE AND ESPECIALLY SENIORS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

  Former Home Depot Contractor. Got a quote for a replacement 5 ton AC unit when mine went out one summer. Their prices are extremely high. A 13 seer Rheem (bottom of the line) was $7800. The exact same unit online was $1700. $6100 for install seems high. Additionally they wanted to charge me if I decided to keep my old AC unit. They recycle the old units for raw material. Might want to go somewhere else. Response to owner: Home Depot cancelled your contract for this exact reason. Then you called me again pretending to be from Home Depot. Still didn't stop from filling your ear when I realized you were from Orangutan.
