Very awful customer service. We installed a few years an Air-conditioning System with the company. The crew was excellent Joe Harris and his colleague. The brother Robert Harris III is a cheater and is just out for the money without honoring agreements. Joe stated if we were finishing the basement they would add a few outlets which were just for a small fee of hundred dollars. The brother then claimed 10,000 USD for four little outlets (the system was already installed in our basement later on when he saw my house. I escorted him out immediately. A few years his representative hung up several times on my wife and me and after 5 years they finally replaced and outside cable where they charged us $500. We could not use the A/C for years because of their inability to stop by in the town next over) It took them several years after I announced filing a complaint at the BBB which I withdrew not to harm their business before they fixed the AC. Today I called for a maintenance service. I was very polite and forgiving I explicitly asked the customer service rep to have her colleague call me explicitly back at 2:00 pm not at 1:00 pm because of a critical meeting after being switched back at least twice in their systems. Instead her colleague called against the agreement at 1:00 pm twice disturbing my meeting though I had asked specifically not to do this. It even came worst. When I called her colleague back she stated: You are not our customer. We will not serve you. I installed a system for 15,000 USD+ with them and she was not only very rude but even too ignorant to tell me this. Are they kidding? I referred to our major investment. But her response was unthinkable disrespectful and unintelligent with a lack of basic empathy. Totally unacceptable person in this job. Probably not even High school or elementary school level. I will file a complaint to the BBB because it happened now the third time. Maintenance services were promised when we installed the AC otherwise we would have chosen a different company. This company will not survive the next generation, mark my words. This is one of the worst CX I ever experienced. Don't be fooled, if you treat customers like this it will eventually bounce back to you. This is the worst company I ever experienced. You need a bit of brain and heart but apparently they are a company which should not be licensed and should deserve a minus five star rating. It is awful how they treat customers. And I will report this to the BBB and consider even filing legal charges to get this service we originally agreed on. But at this point my wife and I move on. But apparently they do not honor the basics of business acumen and their representatives lack not only emotional intelligence but moreover the minimum business skills which are the norm in this country.

One of my tenants called me telling me that she had no heat. The oil boiler I have is 10 yrs old and it has worked without a problem for the past 10 yrs including it was working fine and heating ok the week before this incident, all we had to do is change oil filters a couple of times and once a year to flush all the air in the pipes. When I called Orange Oil they made me give them my credit card over the phone before they did any work and told me that they charged $90/hour to which I agreed. I told them the system most likely just needed the air to be flushed out of the pipes as always. They were there on 10-20-20 and again on 10-22-20. They called and said it will need a new pump for the multi-zones zones it had and that the work might take 4 hours. I told the technician he did not need to do anything to the multi-zones because they are no longer being used as of many years ago and the boiler only serves one zone. If he needs to replace a pump maybe he can use one of the pumps that are no longer used, I told him. He also said he would like to install a special vent so air flushing from now on would not be needed. So I was expecting 4 hoursX$90/hour=$360 plus maybe $100 for the special vent and a $100 for a new pump. Instead I got a bill for $1600. They did all kinds of work that was not necessary and tried to double-bill me by charging for a 2nd person (even though that was not the agreement, I was only told after the fact), tried to double-bill me for the materials (I called Fitchburg Plumbing Supply and the materials cost $625 but they invoiced me for $1060 and when I confronted them about it they said that’s how they make their money, funny because my plumber and electrician charge me only whatever they actually paid for the materials), and then they also billed my card $200 more against my specific email instructions on how much I authorize them to bill. They refused to compensate me for my time that I had to spend trying to figure out their double-billing and I told them that because of it I will give them a 1-star review to which the guy on the phone said: “Go ahead, I don’t care.” Since the boiler was already working the week before and has worked fine for 10 years this job and this expense was completely unnecessary with the possible exception of just having the pump that stopped working replaced with a similar pump and maybe installing a new spirovent. The rest of the pipe replacements and reorganizations weren't really needed. Plus I should have been told in advance that we are talking about a major project like that. The only conversation I had with the installer was about replacing a non-working pump and installing a spirovent. I told him the zones could be left as is or removed as they are no longer used but I did not expect that they will try to bill me for $1600.

Fast and friendly service! We accidentally let our oil run out at my disabled son's home. They didn't have any trucks in the area, so one of their technicians is coming with 15 gallons of oil in cans and will be restarting his furnace within hours. We've been with them for years and have always had great, professional service.
