  I highly recommend Orange County Mechanical. We’ve had them out 3 times since we moved here a few months ago. We had our chimneys cleaned and repaired and they installed a new pellet stove insert. Joe and Matt are professional, courteous and all around pleasant guys. Correspondence with Heather and Ed has been easy and straightforward and the prices seem very fair for the work we’ve had done. On top of that they have a broad scope of services so it’s pretty much a one stop shop for most of your home’s maintenance needs.

  We used Orange County mechanical to troubleshoot our failing water softener. I was able to get a prompt appointment and the office staff were courteous and friendly. Ed performed diagnostic testing and was quickly able to determine that it had reached end of life. He recommended an economical replacement and saved us a lot of money and will be returning to install the new equipment. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

  ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I cannot say enough good things about Orange County Mechanical. The professionalism and reliability is unparalleled. I recently used their services for installing a heating and cooling system in our home. We are so extremely pleased with the services and our new system ! Everything was handled and addressed in such a timely manner. Heather did our initial intake and it was perhaps one of the easiest experiences I have had in a very long time. When I hung up the phone I felt very confident about giving my business to orange county. Ed came out to the house to discuss what we were looking for and what system would work best for us. He took the time to really listen to our needs and expectations. He was incredibly easy to chat with and made us feel really heard. It is very evident within the first few minutes of conversation that both Heather and Ed are so knowledgeable about the services they provide.
