  I've dealt with One Stop twice in the past couple weeks and i have NOTHING but WONDERFUL things to say about them! They are honest, quick to respond, helpful, etc. Sammy was very flexible with payment and communicated efficiently. Fred is professional, nice, explained any questions, and he was very fast! The capacitor on my ac unit blew a couple weeks back and I was shipped the wrong replacement part. It was 90+ degrees outside so I started searching for somewhere I could buy the part locally (after 5 pm). I came across one stop and gave them a call. Sammy answered, I told her what I needed, she said she'd reach out to the tech and let me know how soon he could meet me at their warehouse to sell me the part. She called me back within a few minutes, and Fred met me at the warehouse in less than 2 hours from the time I spoke with Sammy. Originally I thought i'd be paying cash but when I got there realized I didn't have as much on me as I thought. There was no CC machine at the warehouse and we couldn't get ahold of Sammy to give CC info over the phone. Fred told me not to worry-Sammy would call me back, and to go ahead and head home with the part. I did, Sammy called me, took my CC info, and sent me a receipt via text! The other day my ac unit stopped working for seemingly no reason. I called one stop (again, after 5 pm). Sammy called Fred to see where he was at with the service call he was on, and called me back in minutes to tell me he'd be to me within an hour/hour and half. Fred and another tech got here within the time frame (and called when they were 20-25 minutes out). Within 30 seconds of looking at my ac unit they found a live wire just hanging out-not attached to anything and most likely causing my capacitors to keep blowing. They looked at everything else in the outside unit that they needed to, and then headed inside to continue to figure out what the issue could be. In less than an hour Fred determined there was a short in my thermostat. He explained how he figured this out and told us we needed to replace it. WE inquired about any thermostats he may be able to sell us and install. He told us he had a couple options but they wouldn't be like what I had previously. I AM STILL blown away by the fact that he wasn't trying to upsell us. He also connected a loose wire on the furnace inside. Also, ordered a thermostat online-Fred was correct (not that we had doubts). The new thermostat is installed and all is well. We will be using one stop for ANY HVAC needs and will be recommending friends and family do the same. THANK YOU AGAIN ONE STOP! You guys rock!

  Very happy with their service, took their time explaining to me exactly what was wrong with my furnace. very friendly technicians they know what they're doing they were on time and very clean.
