I’ve hired One Hour Heating twice now and both times I have been very happy with them! Whether they’re installing or repairing, they always do an amazing job at problem solving, they explain to me what’s going on, and they make sure to point out any potential issues I may have in the future and what to do should they occur. I’m always irritated by how horrible customer service is in the Dover area, but this company has been amazing. From my first call to the dispatcher, to the arrival of the HVAC tech. They’re great, I definitely recommend.

Josh, the service technician, was timely, polite, and professional! He got my furnace operating safely again in less than an hour and was able to assist me renewing my service contract and getting a service contract set up for one of my rental properties. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and the service technician Josh for all your HVAC needs!

When I woke this morning my house was cold. I looked at my thermostat and there weren't any numbers on the screen. I looked at my house thermometer and saw that it was 59 degrees inside the house. I called One Hour and they responded as quickly as they could. Joe P arrived, assessed the problem explained what needed to be done and fixed the problem in no time. Because I am a club member most of the problem was covered under my contract. Just on part was not and that was minor considering what it could have cost me. I have been a club member for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with all the services I have received from the company. Joe P. was very polite and understanding. A good representative for One Hour.
