I have used their service previously with satisfying results. My recent experience with technician Eric was horrible. His approach to resolving my problem was ineffective and could have possibly caused me to be without heat for an extended period of time. If I had allowed him to continue working or my furnace, it could easily cost my thousands of dollars to achieve a final and completed repair. It was best that he stopped working and leave my home. I phoned the gas authority and they quickly and easily resolved the problem. I had heat within twenty minutes. I am glad Eric stopped his work when I questioned what he was doing, he eventually left my home.

One Hour came out SAME DAY after our home warranty company called them to fill in for a company that could not get to us for 3 + days. The technician, Chris, was very personable, knowledgeable, and polite. He gave the system a thorough check and allowed my husband to observe (we are new homeowners). Very happy with service!

My husband and I were recommended Chris through a friend who also used his services and we couldn't be happier. They installed our HVAC and air conditioning unit and laid all new duct work (September 2017).They checked off on all business mush haves: they are on time and are very professional and courteous. They absolutely know what they are doing and have plenty of experience to back them up. They will give you most competitive pricing. They have gone above and beyond to come out multiple times before and after the big project installation to make sure that appropriate measurements were taken prior and also after to finish smaller jobs like patching up with Spackle new vent cut outs and installing grates. They are a family that really cares about their business and stands by their work.
