  Less than a month ago our AC stopped working. It was the hottest week of the summer, so we didn’t want to wait. We called One Hour Heating & AC. They did come within a couple hours of the call and fixed the problem. That’s why I gave two stars. However, it’s been less than a month and the unit stopped working once again. We called them to come and replace the parts. They said if the issue was the same they would replace the parts for free but we would still need to pay a $125 diagnostic fee. We shelled out $500 to them less than a month ago… it’s a little insane to expect another $125 when we the issue is exactly the same less than 30 days later!

  We recently had central ac installed. From the first call all the way through completion Ken was extremely helpful. Always kept me updated and informed on what was happening. Kenny, Dylan and the rest of their team did a great job with installation and keeping our house clean. They gave us great prices and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.
