  Eddie was great! He was on time, attentive, friendly and expert in his assessment and inspection of my equipment. He was thorough with his inspection of my heating unit and offered quality advise and direct quotes on the work needed. What a pleasant person, he was extremely nice. He gave me great advise on financing quotes and offered quite a few financing options to help with replacing the heating unit in my home. Truly an expert and professional, a really great reflection of the "On Time" company. Thank you for your time and I look forward to working with you soon.

  I was down with no air at 90 out. I called and spoke to a professional lady named Destiney who scheduled me for a rep to come out and verify no AC. Lol I had the pleasure of having Eddie write up the sale who was willing to help me as well as his boss. Fine men. I was pleased as One Hour really helped me out. Then two guys Ed and Willie come into my home, review the situation, game plan it, then execute it with no option other then get it done right. They laid down throw blankets and cleaned up after themselves. This is who I want to be associated with, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and explaining to me about what they are doing and the reasons why. I couldn’t be happier. You guys are awesome and I am telling everyone. I just can’t say enough on how comfortable my experience was. You All are Rock Stars. The owner should be proud of his get it done employee spirit..   Great Tech. I thought I needed a new heater. Tyler did a complete inspection, it turned out that the heater is fine at this time. The heater is old and will need replacing eventually. When it does I will have the work and equipment done from your company. I also signed up for yearly HVAC inspections. Also I want to thank you for honoring military veterans and for having such professional and honest employee.
