  I will never call anyone other than One Hour Heating & Cooling ever again! I called them at about 10 AM and they were able to have a technician at my house same day by 3 PM. My home is an hour away from their office and they still made the effort to get somebody there same day to fix my heating. Lexi was very friendly when she called to get my information and schedule the appointment. The technician (Justin) showed up exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional and courteous the entire time he was here. He walked us through the problems with our heating , the reasons for the problems and what needed to be done to fix it. He explained everything and easy to understand terms and made me feel extremely confident that he knew exactly what was wrong with my system and how to fix it. He gave us a reasonable timeline for repairs and didn’t try to oversell anything. He earned my trust and I will continue to use OHH&C for both my residence and my rental property.

  Very pleased with the service and support received. Only been a customer of One Hour for the past year following previous contractor leaving the area. Very pleased with the responsiveness, customer focus and professional approach from the office staff to the engineers carrying out work in our home. We've had two engineers at the house Dimiti and Justin first to repair thermostat and second for maintenance. Both very professional, competent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Outer Banks for your zircon needs.

  I have been having ongoing issues with an older Air conditioner unit. This was my fourth call with 3 different companies and finally Jake was able to find the problem and correct it. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He was very thorough in informing me of all my options and what he would do if it were his unit. He was able to explain things in a way that consumers can easily comprehend. I feel like I have a better understanding of how it all works and the exact part of my system having issues. I was also amazed that they were able to come out on the same day. He showed up a little after 6 and didn’t leave until after 8. I was impressed that he was still just as thorough as if it were during the normal business hours and he didn’t try to rush through it. One hour has become our go to replacement and repair company. We have 4 homes and there is always an HVAC issue. On this house we did call another company who was a friend of a friend. One hour wanted $260 for service call and to replace a thermostat. Anderson’s wanted $596. That will be the last time I get talked into calling someone else! One hour has always showed up when they say they will and do a great job. If something happens and it’s not fixed the first time (which was only once) they sent someone out immediately (after hours) and made it right by waiving the service call. Their pricing is fair and upfront as well. I am very happy and will use them from now on. Jake was a great technician and even though it wasn’t Allstate I was still in good hands!
