  Stay AWAY!!! We subscribed to ONE HOUR’s Maintence program whereby they visit our home twice a year for semi annual maintenance on our HVAC system. Our system was just worked on Dec 14th, a mere 3 weeks ago. 2 nights ago we had our first cold snap and when we went to turn on heat, only cold air came through the vents. I called One Hour early the next morning to schedule a tech to come back and fix this issue. The operator said the earliest they could get a tech out was between 6-midnight. I told her that was unacceptable as the tech who was just here 3 weeks ago, probably missed something and that the mistake wasn’t our fault, but One Hour’s fault. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and the operator said no one from Management was in and that a return call would take a minimum of 24 hours!!!! UNFRICKEN BELIEVABLE!!! I called One Hour later that morning and a different operator got us a 2-6 time slot. The tech arrived around 4:30 and after 2 hours of his efforts he came into our home and said that a new valve needs to be replaced costing $1900!!! I called a new HVAC company this am and within 2 hours a tech was at our home and fixed our issue for under $200 not $1900!!!! An old adage says “Everything starts at the top” If it take a minimum of at least 24 hours for Management to return a customer’s concern, then that company really doesn’t care about it customers…BTW we here did get a return call from management. AVOID ONE HOUR AT ALL COST!!!

  Jay knows a lot about HVAC systems and if you need a new one, he is well informed of future events and works with the customer. Highly recommend him or his son Jimmy to do routine maintenance or replacing a system.

  Jay was absolutely awesome. He knew exactly what to do to troubleshoot. He found the problem immediately. He was positive and friendly. A pure joy to be around. That’s why we’re repeating customers.👍
