  Nov. 2021, had them install a furnace/water heater combo. Last week of Nov. until now, Jan. 6, unit has been throwing a code, shutting down and not turning back on. Called them several times (5 to be exact) to repair the unit, tech came over worked on it, got it running, but doesn’t last and throws code. My husband is getting tired of getting woken up from sleep to have to run downstairs to reset the unit. Have woken up everyday of Dec. (now Jan.) to a house that was only 46 degrees. No heat in the house, no hot water, this getting outta hand.

  Hi Mickey, Unfortunately, managers, as well as myself, Frank Horvath (owner) have been attempting to reach you several times unsuccessfully to address and resolve. However, we are sorry that you chose to post this rather than contact us directly, as it seems that there may have been a miscommunication with the technician who was last at your home, regarding an expected return visit. But, as soon as our manager was made aware of the concern, we did send a technician to you immediately, at which point, he was able to contact the manufacture directly to identify the cause and correct the issue while at your home, during that visit. We do not have any record of a call, including a return phone call to our follow ups, after that final time our technician was on site and corrected the problem. If you are still experiencing issues, or if you do have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know. Also, please do not hesitate to contact us directly if there are any concerns or issues with the unit in the future, as your installation includes our industry leading, 5 year 100% parts and labor guarantee, with same day service.   I had an awesome tech named Matt, but he was absolutely fantastic. He was patient and waited for me to arrive at my home, as I was a few mins away and my wife is disabled. If that wasn't nice enough, he was very meticulos in making sure he had the problem figured out before and after the repair. He was friendly and cordial with my daughter and wife, and patient with me also. I can be a bit talkative sometimes. Awesome service, honest people, and quality workmanship is why this was not my first service from them. If you need your HVAC worked on these are the guys to call.

  Received prompt professional service. Technician determined what was wrong and clearly explained what action needed to taken. They promptly came back next day and completed necessary repairs. I’ve also received estimates for attic fan and installation of mini split pack.
