One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning really saved us. Having a pregnant wife and two toddlers, being without hot water was last thing we needed. We had our water heater break on us and next day it was replaced! Chris was our HVAC Tech and he was awesome! From wearing boot coverings while indoors to answering all our questions and getting us setup on a service plan Chris was the man! Beyond happy with our service! Thanks again.

The One Hour team was professional, courteous and respectful of our home during the entire install process. The work quality was above our expectations and we are also enrolling in their Comfort Plus program to service and maintain our unit. Top notch!!

We have lived in our home for 26 years and our Rheem heater has worked like a champ, but is now it's old. It started having problems a few months ago and we couldn't find a service tech who could figure out what was wrong until we called One Hour and they sent over D'Andre who managed to save its life. We're so grateful!! We highly recommend this company.

Well not to confuse ppl but last name is now Saxman.  Our tech Jerry went above and beyond in taking care of our furnace not working.  Showing us the part he used and cleaning , blowing out our unit and explaining he would be ordering the part and had one on the truck that was a spare used one.  He just could not of been any nicer and super knowledgeable.   We are seniors so we think the overall experience was beyond expectations of nothing but awesomeness

Jerry was absolutely amazing. I wish more service personnel were as professional as he was. He also taught me a lot of things about my HVAC system. Thank you guys so much for helping me out on this day. I would like to say that you guys are absolutely awesome. When I initially called, Amber answered, and she was so professional  and receptive. She understood my need completely. She said she would call back to keep me updated, and she did. It’s hard to find people that will actually make time for you. I appreciated the whole experience. Awesome team.
