  Service was excellent.. phoned on a Saturday later in the day . The gentleman said they would be about an hour or an hour and a half. He was there promptly. The air conditioner needed a new part which he had with him. In no time he had the air working. The temperature outside had been 31C. I would not hesitate to call or recommend your services. Thank you

  They were fast, professional, and friendly. I had another business prior to them and they did not do the job correctly. These guys not only took the time to explain the diagnosis but possible good and bad outcomes of repair. They were upfront and honest. We got lucky and the best outcome was all that was needed but they walked us through all options and let us make the decisions. No high pressure sales or anything. Just honest, hard working people.

  The technician did a good job. But the office didn’t tell me they will charge me after hour rate. I don’t have urgent need to repair my heater. Also they charged me the holiday rate. Completely ripped me off. I really appreciate if they can keep me transparent about the cost. Over three hundreds for 1 hour work. I will never use them again!!!
