  Had these guys out several times. They are one of the only places around Louisville that I could get to work on my geothermal unit. They got the issue resolved first time out. Had them back to add a whole house humidifier same week. Friendly staff, special shout out for the great work from Josh Jarrett. Price was great, workers great. I'll keep using them in the future.

  They installed a new boiler and from the time they fired it up, it has been nothing but a nightmare. A 5th grader could have solder the new copper better than them. After repeated attempts by them to stop the leaks, it still does after a year. They apparently wired it wrong, and the pump motor keeps blowing fuses. After talking to the mfg. rep. He believes that it's wired wrong, but One Source can't figure it out. Extremely poor communication and service. If they come out again they want to charge me for a service call for a problem they made and now refuse to fix. They deserve a zero.

  Mr. Maguire when we installed the boiler on 2/22/2021 we advised that the pump was bad. When the pump was refused to be replaced, we replaced the motor in the pump at no charge and found the pump was still locking up and drawing too many amps. With a new fuse the pump works great for a short time, this lets us know that the wiring is correct and the issue is within the pump. We did not advise for the pump's impeller that was locking up to be sanded down by the homeowner. From our 9 trips at no charge to advise replacing the pump/replace blown fuses and the impeller being sanded down, we have been able to diagnose that the only resolution must be our initial advice to replace the pump.   I inherited my parents house last year after losing both of my parents unexpectedly. I've never had to call any type of technician or contractor because my dad could do it all. When the air conditioner stopped working I had no choice but to call someone for help. Luckily I picked OCM. Josh came out and checked everything over. He explained everything to me, gave me a couple of options, and he even helped me save hundreds of dollars with the Preferred Customer Plan. A few days later Alex came out and replaced my AC unit. Both times the guys were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly! It really put me at ease, especially since this was the first time I've ever had someone other than my dad fix ANYTHING! Then......A couple of days after the install I discovered the my heat wasn't working anymore. I called and they came back out that afternoon. (The problem wasn't from the work they did, just remnants of some Rube Goldberg set up daddy made lol). I had a great experience with OCM and plan on being a customer for a long time.
