  I turned on my heat a few days before the coldest week of the winter and to my surprise it didn't work!! I called this company after reading reviews and they answered quickly and came out quickly. Very nice young man explained what he thought was wrong and luckily it was something simple and did not cost arm and leg. I was impressed that they did not up charge me something expensive as they could have and I would have not known the difference and I needed heat it was 27 that night. I will use them again because of the honesty and quick service.

  I have used quite a few HVAC companies since I am a homeowner, but as of yesterday, I definitely found my company for life! One Call Heating & Cooling stood out in three metrics. First off, they accepted my service call at 7:30 pm on a Friday and came out to my house on Saturday morning. Second off, they assessed the issue quickly and professionally and most importantly were HONEST and did not try to up-sell me on anything extra that I did not need. Thirdly, they made the experience pleasurable (considering the fact that my house was at 100 degrees the day before) by their up-beat and friendly personality and FAIR pricing! They also gave me some tips and pointers on how to keep my system running smoothly and extend its life. You should definitely re-consider your current HVAC provider and if you are not happy with them, One Call Heating and Cooling is ready to win your business for life! So give them a try next time you are stranded with no AC in the heat of the summer.
