  Absolute great company. On Time Heat and Air installed our heating system, air conditioner and hot water heater almost ten years ago and they have done annual maintenance ever since. We had our first and only issue yesterday. I noticed some water leaking below the heating unit as I was leaving to see our new baby grandson for the first time. I called On Time not wanting to miss the opportunity to see our grandson. Anthony agreed to visit right away. It turned out to be a minor clog in the drain line from the humidifier that he fixed right away. I can't be more grateful to On Time for their fast response. They are the best and I highly recommend them

  Awesome service. Josh showed pose and respect to what seemed like a never ending issue. Our furnace continued to run but at times would shut off our Thermostat. Josh was great, he went through several scenarios to correct the issue. The tenacity and perseverance he showed to get the job done was well worth it. Our furnace is now running as expected and no further thermostat issues. Awesome work and great attitude through it all.

  Josh was professional from beginning to end. We didn’t have heat for a few days and Josh came in and got the furnace up and running he didn’t miss a beat. We asked him questions. Thank you Josh for everything and Thank you On Time Heat And Air. Another customer stated Josh deserves a raise and I agree he does he did an amazing job. Josh we appreciate your hard work and dedication.
