  Highly recommend the company. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was cool during these hot summer days even after another company told me the replacement part would take a week! On the go got me the part the same day.! On the Go was fast and able to fix the problem at a reasonable price. Best HVAC company.

  Even though I really struggled getting things figured out in the beginning, the gentleman that came to check the HVAC immediately knew what the issue was. Not only that, Sylvania was adamant about making sure I was able to have the HVAC repaired/replaced. They worked with my schedule , kept in touch with and got things done quickly once they arrived. I’m so thankful I won’t have to spend the summer in the heat. I would definitely recommend!

  Overall experience was horrid. Poor communication, tech missed obvious diagnoses, was billed extra after I had to cancel a part order.

  Hello Jon, Per our records; we went out last year (2020) , diagnosed the issue, gave our recommendation and you declined. This year you called again, we gave you the same recommendation, and emphasized that the part is under warranty, and you verbally approved the repair. When we called to give status on the part, you said you no longer wanted to go forward with the repair because you were moving, selling the home, and the house belonged to the government, in which you were not going to deal with. Therefore, we canceled the order that was already shipped out. As a result, we got charged shipping due to your indecisiveness. 3 days later you called and asked if the part was arriving after you canceled. If you believe there was any poor communication, it was on your behalf-the result of your indecisiveness. Sincerely, On The Go Heating & Cooling
