  I ordered and pre-paid for a biffy that never showed. When I called their "on-call" phone no one answered and I received a message that the mailbox was full. Then after my event they called me back and said their driver ran out of time to deliver it the day before my event but had intended to deliver it on the day of my event, but forgot. They said they could offer a refund "if I wanted one." As if there was a question that maybe I wanted to pay for a service that never delivered and caused major stress during an event. Not even a sorry. Unbelievable.

  We have 7 toilets onsite and they all need to be cleaned more regularly, they are full and all out of toilet paper. If you work construction and use these daily I’d choose a different company. I’ll be talking to the job soup about why we have to deal with this
