  I've had Olson Plumbing and Heating out twice, once back in August 2021 to fix a break in our main water line and just today to get my furnace to stop making weird sounds. Both times the folks from Olson have been just outstanding! Lowell patiently listened to me try to describe the noises the furnace was making, quickly identified the issue and fixed it (some wires from the motor were getting into the blower wheel) He was very quick and professional and I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable. Terry and his crew were also great with the waterline. They arrived promptly when they said they would, they did as little damage to the lawn as was possible taking into account the job that had to be done. Once the digging was over they quickly found the break and repaired the line. They were very thoughtful with the clean up after as well. While the price tag on that job was high, it too was fully reasonable considering they were able to get out the day we called (unlike everywhere else which we would have had to wait 2-4 weeks for,) the size of the crew, the machinery needed AND the fact they did the job after hours, on overtime. We were so thankful to get our water back on that day we did not mind paying for overtime. They were a wonderful crew and did great work. I will use Olson for everything I can and I highly recommend them.

  The guys that came to our house were sweet, respectful, clean, professional…. The list goes on. They referred to my husband and I as “sir” or M’am”, which was not at all expected, but noticed. Quentin was professional and clear in his run-down of the cost and services rendered. Will (and I realize this isn’t a game changer for most, but it mattered to me) made friends with my traumatized, untrusting adopted dog when pup was acting aggressively. He put time in to make friends with my boy, and that’s not easy! Again, that’s not a plumbing/heating expectation, but it meant a lot to this family! At the end of the job, a supervisor came and checked all work and reassured us about upcoming city inspections. We couldn’t ask for more!

  12/18/2021 Woke up in the early morning to find that the furnace had not turned on during the over-night hours. Inspected the thermostat, checked the thermostat batteries, inspected the circuit breaker, the thermostat switch, then checked the furnace to see if there was any flame. No Flame. Either the igniter has failed or severe winds blew out the pilot light. 8:55 a.m. Phone call to Olsen Plumbing & Heating. Receptionist stated that we were fourth (4th) in line and would be contacted by someone NOT LATER THAN 12:00 (noon) with an update from the technician. 12:00 NO CALL 2:44 p.m. Wife contacted Olsen once again and was informed that THEY HAD NO RECORD of the 8:55 a.m. phone call. Apparently Olsen is engaging in CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. If we ignore them long enough they will go away? Very Disappointed.
