  Not reliable! First off scheduling an appointment for a quote was difficult. (If I could’ve just got the work done I would have however they have to look at area first). I called after I noticed that it was an hour after my given time. Was told the guy was overbooked and he is running behind . Received a call maybe 3 hours later and said that he would not make it .. unfortunately, it was on a Friday.. I had to wait till Monday. Monday gets here , same thing. I had to wait till Tuesday.. Tuesday comes:( no one ever showed up , no one ever called. Please don’t waste your time!

  The owner hung up the phone on me and all I simply wanted to know was a price. Perhaps I don't know enough about this industry but I am also a business owner and would never do that to a potential customer. She didn't try to meet me half way. I told her I just wanted to check prices and that I already had a contractor. How can I possibly do my due diligence if I cannot get any prices? SMDH

  I told Ava on the phone that we would have to look at where the system was being installed before we could give a price. We would have to determine it extra work would be needed to install the system. We can not give estimates over the phone for installing systems. We do not sell the equipment without installing it because if it is properly installed by a dealer the warranty will be voided.

  Beat the prices of several companies, came out quickly and did a great job! I’ll be using them from now on.
