  Steve Olin has always been the best furnace tech I’ve ever had at my house. He gives me a little knowledge about what he’s doing and what happened. And maybe sometimes he tells me why it happened. He’s so good he’s very hard to get to your home. but it’s always nice to see him because it’s always cold when he comes and it’s warm when he leaves. You can’t go wrong by calling Olin Heating And Cooling There family is just like ours, they’re just out there to do a job and they do it as best as they can !!!

  I have had Steve for years. I purchased a new furnace and central air for our home and a gas furnace for one of our shops. Always had been very happy with their service. This year I decided to put another furnace in another shop. I called and asked them to have someone stop and give me a quote. This was in the early spring. I hadn't heard anything so I called a few months later to remind them. I was told that they would be in our town in the next week or so. That was a few more months ago. I still didn't hear from them. About 10 days ago I called again. They said that they had been so busy. I told them this was horrible customer service. They are in town a lot and cannot stop for 10 min. and look at what I want to do. Steve then called me and it seems like he has spent the last 4 or 5 months fixing air conditioning for 93 year old ladies. He asked me the dimensions of the shop which I gave him. He said he would have to have an engineer figure out what size I needed. He asked if I still wanted the quote. I said yes. Still haven't received it. I have always paid my bill promptly. Not sure what I did that he doesn't want my business anymore. I understand it is not heating weather yet, but I need to know the cost and get the gas run over to the building so all I needed at this time was a quote and 10 minutes to ask a few questions. Guess it won't happen.

  We had our furnace replaced summer of 2018, two months after we bought our first house. We wanted to stay local and heard great things about them. But when finished rooms that were cool before weren’t cooling. There were floor vents that were put in that didn’t even have air blow through them. We called to have them come out a couple times to fix, but always blamed it on something else. Our newborns room wouldn’t heat in the winter because the floor vent barely blew air. We had another company come out and fix it. They said there were vents they left open so all the air was going into the ceiling. We spent a lot of money on the new furnace for such unprofessional work.
