  I should have called Olan sooner, it would have saved me a lot of money! I noticed a spot on my ceiling and followed it to my attic air handler. I found water condensation and I thought I had a soldering issue with my large copper pipe going into my attic air handler. Olan walked through a diagnostic on the phone with me and instructed me to just cover my copper pipes with the insulation I already had. That’s my ugly work in the pictures, not his! Olan didn’t say “I’ll have to come out for a $75-$100 service charge” or come out and replace unnecessary things or add unnecessary Freon to my system. He just took time out of his day to help solve my issue, for free. Now he will be my go-to service for all things HVAC and I will gladly trust his business ethics and professionalism.

  Another super speedy service call at a super reasonable price! Olan replaced and upgraded an undersized and worn-out Heat Pump in my first home over 20 years ago, complete with a 10 year extended warranty on both parts and labor at a very reasonable out-the-door price. Over the last 20 years he's been out a handful of times -- some under warranty, some not -- to diagnose and fix various minor issues and maintenance items that typically occur during the lifetime of a Heat Pump. Each visit was prompt, courteous, efficient, reasonably priced, and most of all delivered a quick and long-lasting solution. True to form this morning, Olan arrived within 15 minutes at the same house -- with the same 20+ year old Heat Pump -- to make quick work of a capacitor replacement project, and was able to keep the heat going on a chilly morning in less than an hour total! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all my friends and family for over 20 years, Olan consistently delivers exceptional diagnosis, outstanding solutions that last, excellent professionalism, and quality products and service -- all at a fair and reasonable price. If you have any sort of HVAC issue -- give Olan a call! He'll get you fixed up right!

  We highly recommend Olan's Heating and Air Conditioning to take care of your HVAC needs. Every time we have had to call him, he is very quick to respond and gets the job done effectively and efficiently. He is a very honest person and treats each job as if he were working on his own unit. We have always felt like he was giving us the best options on repairs at the best price available. Again...would highly recommend.
