I had scheduled a routine service, but when the service man Corey arrived the furnace was not running. Because of this they could not work on it but Cory was super helpful on checking what he could and guiding me through what I needed to do. Once it was determined that the furnace could be worked on oil express was back within 24 hours in the service was completed. The customer service was outstanding.

I cannot say enough about Shane the oil burner tech that came to my house when I had no heat. He was pleasant and very detailed about the service he was about to perform. His work was perfect and I will continue to use Oil Express and ask for him specifically.

Darlene was AMAZING. Customer care from her was stellar. She went over and above to accommodate and resolve challenges to pricing, budget, and service that we all are facing at this time. She came up with a solution that worked perfectly. We have been with this company for over 13 years and continue to be pleased with them and especially how they treat their customers.
