  I really enjoyed working with Kyle. This was my first time getting a perspective home inspection and he was very kind, professional, and managed my expectations to help me understand what the issues were. His detailed report was extremely easy for me to understand. It broke down what was items were going to be more important, and what could wait. He really took his time to explain what things meant, which was important to me as a first time home buyer. Would absolutely call him for any future inspection needs and recommend him to anyone!

  I had Kyle out to do my home inspection and he did a very thorough job. He takes pictures of everything and writes a full description about each photo and/or potential issues. I am purchasing my first house so the full inspection was new to me- he explained everything at my level and is very knowledgeable. He told me it is his job to find issues with a home, which is exactly what I want before purchasing and moving in! Highly recommend Kyle!

  Kyle was very accommodating to my schedule and kept me informed of any issues that needed to be addressed. Since my purchase was in Saint louis and I haven't moved there yet, he was instrumental in gathering the necessary people to get my inspection completed. He was/is easy to get hold of and to answer any questions I had, plus there were plenty of pics he provided in his report detailing what he saw. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home.
