  I’m very satisfied with the annual maintenance plan, with visits every 6 months to do a full system checkout. I am going to renew it. I hope I never need them in an emergency, but I’m confident that Ocean Air will come to the rescue if need be.

  I needed to replace the zoning board on our AC system. I was very happy with Ocean Air’s responsiveness to my quote request and how quickly they were able to get someone out to do the job. Mitch, the technician, arrived on-time toward the very beginning of their arrival estimate. As always, he was very professional and communicated well in showing me items they would likely be performing at their next scheduled service visit. Invoicing was handled very efficiently online.

  Tim was on time and performed our semi-annual HVAC maintenance in a professional manner. He provided us with a detailed summary of his findings and explained what he had found. He answered our questions regarding some air circulation issues and provided potential solutions. He did a good job, and I am pleased we switched from our previous provider to Ocean Air. On April 6, Ocean Air installed a new A/C unit in our carriage home. In quoting the project they provided a solution that had both quality and value and thoroughly evaluated our needs. When discussing the contract and timing with the owner, he stated he would pass through the manufacturers rebate and save us several hundred dollars on the project cost. On the day of installation, Faustino, Tim and Mitch arrived promptly and carefully covered our staircase and flooring to protect against damage as the unit is installed in our attic. The work was done in a professional, quiet manner will little disturbance to our normal routine. The new unit was tested upon completion and they returned the following week to inspect the unit and its operation after some time in service. Ocean Air takes pride in their work and I highly recommend them.
