  Dan was very fair on his pricing, but more importantly, he did everything he said he would do. He called when he said he would, arrived at the time he said and finished the job exactly on schedule. It was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor in 50 years of owning a home.

  This guy really let me down. I contacted him for furnace repair on Friday. He came right out on Monday and check the furnace. He stated the bottom element was burned out and would have to be replaced and ordered. He came back the following Monday with the new part and installed it. I paid him $225.00 dollars. I contacted him Tuesdays morning with no heat again. He came back on Wednesday and said the the bottom element was again burnt out and a top one as well all of which have to be ordered. I contacted him on Friday morning to convey the ergent need for heat as it was only 48 degrees in the house. He replied with a text... get someone else to look at your furnace. This is inexcusable for a repair business to leave a customer with no heat in November. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE I contacted BTU management from mauston on Friday morning at 830 am. They had a repair man at my home by 10 am. They ordered parts same day They came back on Wednesday morning installed new parts. We have heat ! ! 5 stars to Cory and his crew at BTU !
