  Received a call back promptly after leaving a message with the after hours receptionist. The on call tech was very polite and ready to help. I scheduled an appointment for an evaluation/repair. Service tech Mickey arrived on time and was very professional and informative. He was able to explain the repair/maintenance options in an easy to understand manner. Great value and great service.

  Kyle Rutland arrived earlier than expected this morning to help us close out a punch list from a recent inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional. Highly recommend Oak Grove Heating and Air. They answered my call after hours to assured me that someone would be here early to resolve the issue. They did just that. 👍🏼

  I called them at 8 am today and they were at my house by 10 am!! I'll definitely use them again and they were so friendly!! Excellent price for service as well!!! Ruby Cook recommended them and I'm glad she did!! Marlene
