  Omer came to my house because my water heater's pilot wouldn't stay lit. I suspected it needed a new gas valve and it would be a quick fix. Instead he spent 2 hours using scare tactics and misinformation according to the plumber who replaced the gas valve the next day. Omer was building a case to replace my one year old water heater when it all it needed was a simple repair. He left after I paid $160 "consulting" fee with no benefit from his misinformation. I gave him a chance to remedy the situation but never heard back.

  Sorry Tony (AKA CHEAP DIY LANDLORD) you feel like you have to write a false review to get a free repair. I guess you forgot to mention how this is a rental unit and you tried make your own repairs and messed up the burner and couldn't get it to relite, plus left a voicemail that your unit was over 6 years old and I showed you it was only a one year old unit. You started off lying about not knowing who put this unit in when you owned this property for over 4 years and that this property is a single family home owner occupied. The only time you called was at the last minute to cancel the repair job for your unit. In front of you I showed you that this unit was back drafting. I have video and a signed invoice as proof that you was aware of the issue and that this is the reason to move away from a chimney vent unit, which you have. In the invoice it clearly states that the gas valve is bad, but due to the back drafting issue I recommended a replacement of a unit that does not vent through the chimney. Just because this is a rental unit and you don't want to spend money to fix a issue is not my fault. After I went out of my way to reschedule people to do the repair work for you. You canceling the job last minute because you wanted to due the cheapest repair, regardless of anyone's safety. Anyone who reads this false review can clearly see my years of great service to all my customer by looking at the reviews. This is why I never service rental properties due to Landlords like you who always want a cheap band-aid repair because it's a rental unit. I'm pretty sure you do this to every small business that you try to get something for free out of.

  We needed to have our water heater replaced and contacted O & W. We heard back right away, got an estimate via email, and the very next day our new unit was installed! Omer was personable, thorough, and a total professional. He knows so much about water heaters and plumbing in general, and he took tons of time to explain everything in detail and give us recommendations for DIY repairs and plumbing maintenance. I can't recommend O & W enough!

  I was grateful to have someone come out the same week. I moved into a new home this fall and was sure our furnace needed a professional inspection/ clean up. Omar is extremely knowledgeable and I feel much more informed about my furnace system; how it works, and more importantly what I can do to maintain it. Really great service, he followed COVID-19 protocols and was clear about those protocols on our initial phone call. We will see Omar this spring to do the same with our A/C unit.
