  Great service! We had an issue with our heating system that another company was not able to diagnose or fix. O & M quickly determined what the issue was and got it fixed in a very timely manner. And bonus, they were really nice! Definitely recommend these guys!

  Horrible company! Went here to get a water pump replaced in a dehumidifier. I brought the replacement pump when I dropped off the dehumidifier. One of the employees told me it would take them 30-60 minutes to complete the job and they charge $60/hour. I called them a week later and they still were not done. It took O & M industries 3 weeks to complete this simple job. When I called them to finally pick up the dehumidifier they told me it took them 4 1/2 hours to replace a water pump. They wanted $270!!! I told them they should not have told me it would take 30-60 minutes to replace a pump if they were going to take so long! I only went to 0 & M because they were the only business in town that would work on my commercial dehumidifier. I would never return here. They are rotten people taking advantage of their customers. I looked up how to replace a water pump on YouTube and it only takes 10-15 minutes! *** Updated review - June, 2021 After explaining to the owner and managers what happened. And how I recently replaced the same water pump in my commercial dehumidifier in about 15 minutes with a ratchet set and a YouTube video they offered to refund me my money.
