  We have used OK Heating for multiple projects in our home. We recently had to replace our air conditioner. Prior to replacing it, they came out and were able repair and get 3 more years out of our old one (They did not push a new one right away). And when our AC finally did die after 30 years, we called OK and they were out right away, made an awesome recommendation for a new unit and had it installed within a week. Installation was on time and all employees were very professional. We highly recommend O K in Verona!

  Our 20+ year old Bryant furnace stopped working in the middle of winter. We called OK Heating & AC and they were here the next day. They had the part on hand and the furnace repaired in 1 hour. It was such a relief that we didn't have to wait for the part to be ordered and worry about pipes freezing or the house getting too cold. The technician was also very professional. As soon as he diagnosed the problem he told us what it was and about what it would cost to replace. The final bill was very reasonable and within $10 of the original estimate.

  Impressive customer service and response time. It was a holiday weekend and my AC needed to be diagnosed and repaired before Monday. It was Saturday morning and I left a message on the emergency line. Within thirty minutes the owner, had called me back and arrived at my place and by another thirty minutes the repair was done! Within one hour everything was taken care of. Thank you so much OK Heating and Cooling!
