  We have contracted with O'Brien's for many years to maintain/repair our heating system. We have steam heat which is somewhat unusual so we are very appreciative that O'Brien's technicians are knowledgeable about our type of system. The technician this year, Paul, was pretty amazing. He was on time, very professional, wore booties in the house, efficiently checked our system and cleaned up afterward. In addition, he was so helpful with questions we had - he's the type of young man everyone would want to have as an employee.

  This company was professional, responsive and the service tech (Carson) was great. We were given a number of different repair options, without any up sell or pressure. While parts for the repair needed to be ordered, our tech was able to provide a fix until the parts are available for installation. Very happy to have found a new service provider.

  I have a service contract w Obrien so I get to see Carson twice a year for routine maintenance. He is knowledgeable and personable. No nonsense, honest, The best.
