NYC Heating and Cooling in New York did a great job diagnosing and fixing the heater problem - gaps around furnace base that could allow products of combustion to mix with circulating air. He explained it well and then took care of the problem! Great work! Reasonable prices. I would recommend NYC Heating and Cooling in New York to others.
