Update: I've now used them for electrical and HVAC maintenance and both teams that came out were EXCELLENT!! On time, professional, considerate, conscientious and excellent service. They left our garage cleaner than it was when they started the work. All drywall dust was vacuumed and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out for the job. Exceeded my expectations again! Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2x4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall. I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with. The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick. They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

Kyle and the crew are the best plumbing contractor I've found. They are responsive, reasonable and very professional. In addition to replacing a burst water main line, I've had them complete work on rental properties too. Highly recommended

Called Number One for a quote. A older gentleman came over on a Friday & look at my Heating/Cooling unit that was making tremendous noise. He said he knew what was wrong, & get me a quote by Monday. No quote was sent to me. I called on Tuesday & they scheduled a repairman on Thursday. He (Kyle) came & said it would be an inexpensive quick fix, there was a bent piece of metal holding the squirrel cage. He showed to me, & got the part fixed, only for the unit to continue to make a lot of noise. He came back the next day (Friday) to fix the squirrel cage, same thing he fixed something else, to no avail. He said he was taking his daughter to the fair so he would come back on Saturday. Still no success until Sunday. I asked if he wanted to settle up payment that Sunday. He said it was $849, & said the company would bill me the next day. I checked my e-mail Monday no bill. I called company to have Kyle call back to discuss bill, plus the unit is still making a slight high pitched noise. Called again a week later. I didn't get a call back or bill. A month later a women from billing calls me tells me I am delinquent in paying them $949! I explained the situation & she butchered my last name. I asked her to please call my by my first name since she couldn't pronounce my last name Benavidez. She got upset & said she had a stutter. She indicated that I was making fun of her stutter & would have the owner call me. I was not giving her a hard time about a stutter. I was frustrated with the company ugh! I will pay when I get a bill in my e-mail. I talked to Kyle Oct 26, 2021. He apologized for their receptionist not relaying call. We discussed bill, he said his quote didn't include tax, which is fine. They did include a 13.98 late fee. Which is has been waved.
