  Hunter was awesome. Very knowledgeable about his job. Very polite and courteous. He cleaned up after the work. He showed me exactly what he did when he was finished. He installed my new thermostat and helped me get started with it in my phone. I had a very good experience with this company and Hunter was very efficient.

  The initial need occurred on a Sunday and I called 4 times to get a response from an emergency service tech. I never received a call back and had to endure a pretty cold night until I was able to reach service control on Monday. The service tech was not sent until the end of that Monday, so two full days of cold were experienced. Once a technician was dispatched, the service was excellent and things progressed as they have in the past with excellence.

  I used Now Heating and Air for install of a new furnace/AC/tankless hot water heater. Eric worked with me to pick the perfect system and oversaw the process of install to ensure perfection. Which is exactly what I got. From start to finish they were wonderful. Today a leak was found from my new furnace and Now Heating and Air was able to get someone to me same day AND it was repaired. Miguel and Juan were so very kind and professional. Highly recommend Now Heating and Air!!!
