  My A/C went out when I was on my way out of town late Friday afternoon. I called and their technician came out first thing Saturday morning and coordinated with my dog-sitter to access my house. He took care of everything and made sure he communicated with me exactly what he was doing and sent me pictures from his phone. It was nice to know I could trust someone to fix my A/C when I wasn't even home! These guys are amazing! Honest, dependable, and trustworthy. They have a great team of people and I highly recommend them.

  I called Northwind after having no luck with my previous AC company with ac issues. I spoke to several people who were very nice and friendly. spoke to Dale, Brande, and Jamie. Jamie told me that Dashon would be the tech coming out to address our issue. Dashon was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was very detailed and specific on addressing all of our units. I was impressed with all the information that he forwarded to me about our units including pictures. I will definitely be doing future business with them and would recommend this company to anyone in need of ac services.

  Robert and his team of technicians and office staff provide the best service and customer experience. We use Northwind AC to service and maintain our HVAC system at our office building. They are professional, thorough, honest, and have fair pricing for the service-level and equipment they provide. Their preventative maintenance service is a must have.
