  My home is a new build less than four years old. Since day one they have been a joke. My upstairs duct work was not even sealed blowing air into the attic. They didn’t find that until several service calls later charging me each time. Fast forward to this past week when they advised my evaporator coil in my 4 year old home has a leak and they showed up today to fix it. I have paid this company $955.00 in a week to repair their equipment that was faulty. They accept zero accountability that the crew they sent to build these homes did the bare minimum. Don’t even get me started on how it passed inspection. All that to say SAVE your money don’t waste time on a company who I promise you will continue to do the bare minimum.

  I bought a property in lost key that was a year old. The HVAC had been installed by this company and was less than a year old. There was a problem with the HVAC discovered on 12/7 by the home inspector. As a condition of closing, this HVAC unit was repaired by Northwest Florida AC on 12/9. When I moved into the house 2 weeks later the same problem they “repaired” was going on (inefficient heating and a clunking noise). They refused to stand by the repair they had just done a month ago and want to charge me for another service call and labor. After speaking to Lennar, I found out in less than a year, this was the second problem they had had with the two HVaCs installed at the property. When you ask people in the community who they recommend for AC repair, this is not a recommended company. Poor quality work. I had a second highly recommended AC repair company take a look and they easily found the problem that Northwest Florida AC had “repaired”. They still refuse to make good on their repair done just a few weeks ago.
