  If I could leave a zero I would. WORST company for air conditioners. Purchased our in January 2015, but June it had stopped working. Came out fixed it and repeat, summer 2016 it stopped working again. Came out fixed it again. July 4, 2017 stopped working AGAIN, came out and had the audacity to charge $75.00 for a holiday service fee (mind you they never mentioned it when calling plus it was still under warranty, plus this is the 3rd time it broke down!). Then, you guessed it in 2018 it stopped working again. We were tired of going back to this company as obviously they had no idea what they were doing so we called out another company. And to our surprise, the unit was installed improperly!!!!!! Out of code!!!! And, when we contacted them to pay for the reinstallment (obviously we cannot have them back) they have refused to respond.
