We got a really great package deal on a furnace and water heater! Administrative staff is also very polite and accommodating. Overall a fast reliable service.

One Hour Heating and Air were the first to respond and be able to see me on an emergency basis. My furnace broke down Friday evening 10pm and Shawn was out Sat 9am. (Very helpful when the temp is 11 degrees) I was very happy for that. The lady who scheduled me was very pleasant and able to get me on the schedule for Saturday. Shawn answered all my questions and gave an estimate. Thankfully my furnace is working and now I have some decisions to make. Overall very thankful for and pleased with how everything went!

We realized our furnace died just after bedtime when it was -20 with windchill outside. We called around, and settled on this company based on Google reviews. They were able to have a technician come out at 8am the next morning to take a look. It was red-tagged, and so the tech left us with 3 space heaters to maintain/warm up the house at no charge. A sales consultant came out a few hours later to talk new units with my wife and I. We quickly reached a decision and the following morning a few techs came out to install a new one and we’re done by early afternoon. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with the company and would use them again!
