I've called Northern Refrigeration twice for unexpected problems - first time on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. They came right away both times, fixed the problem, explained it and were on their way. There's nothing they could improve on as far as I'm concerned.

Called after hours on Friday night and tech was on site within 15 minutes and got my heater up and running quickly. With 3 young kids I was dreading going through the weekend without heat and freezing temps. Thank you Brad.
