We’re very happy with our new Mitsubishi split system installed by Norther Comfort with 3 units and a heat pump for our ranch home. We have in floor heating via propane boiler in every room except our great room which has a wood floor and a wood fireplace. We needed to use the great room fireplace every night during the Winter. We had a front bedroom which required a challenging installation to hide the connections from the front of our home. For that room, Northern Comfort ran a hidden installation to the basement which looks great. The installation was done by 4 installers in 1 day. We quite happy with the system which heats and cools. The great room is quite comfortable now without depending on the fireplace. Each unit has its own remote. The units are very effective and quiet. We were also pleasantly surprised to get a huge rebate from the electric company as well as a tax credit.

I purchased a new AC and furnace with Northern Comfort. Their communication was top notch. The installation process was a breeze and their staff was knowledgeable about the equipment. They even removed an old system without fail.

Our furnace faltered late on February 17, 2022 with an outside temperature in the double digits below zero!!! I called Northern Comfort and they offered to come out immediately! Because I had a backup plan for auxiliary heat I deferred to an early morning appointment for the next day. A technician showed up at 8:00 AM on the 18th and diagnosed the problem. The furnace had failed and it would need to be replaced. They asked what I wanted to do and I asked if they could do it immediately. After calling their home base they said yes and returned with a new unit and installed it!! The job was completed by 3:00pm with professionalism and courtesy!!! As a retired educator I’m immensely impressed with the completeness of this process!! They receive an A++.
