  North Hall Heating and Air has restored my faith in contractors! -Joe Jones and his team have been exemplary from the beginning with my new home central heating system. -From day one Mr. Jones came into my home evaluated my system and then provided me with options. - The options range from replacing parts of my system to all of my system and with this level of investment it was nice to have those options. After Mr. Jones spent over an hour with me he promptly provided me with a quote (within two days) and supported me in making the right decision for my new complete home central heating and air-conditioning system. Once the decision was made on what I was having installed Mr. Jones informed me that it would take approximately two weeks for him to receive all of the equipment. -Within one week Mr. Jones had called to tell me that the equipment arrived early and he would like to schedule my installation at my earliest convenience. -The following Tuesday morning Mr. Jones and his team showed up to install my new home central system. -From the removal of my old furnace (in the attic) and condenser coil. -The install of a 4 ton condenser unit outside and the NEW furnace in the attic he had it installed, tested and properly running within seven hours! His clean and tidiness was appreciated from when he placed protective cloths in my entranceways and up to my attic. As well as being conscientious about my yard while installing the condenser unit. It is with the highest recommendation that I I have given five stars for North Hall Heating and Air-conditioning with Mr. Joe Jones and his team! I would use him again for any home central air or heating system need! This is my testimonial Christopher Carey/Buford Georgia.

  OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Joe and Todd were a great team installing our new heat pump system. They were on-time and immediately got started working. Turned out to be a cold day, so we were able to test the new system right away. What a difference. Joe is very meticulous and thorough. Knowing we had concerns of a leak, he spent extra time testing for leaks and ensuring the lines were completely dry. His team is very conscious of their surroundings and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. We couldn't have picked a better company! I would not hesitate to call Joe if we had a question or needed any additional work done. True Professionals!
