My family has used many plumbing and heating services over the past 15 years. We had constant problems with the job not getting done right the first time, delayed service, and I remember two were way over priced. I’m so thankful that my neighbor Rick put me in contact with North Country Plumbing. These guys really are top notch. This is the only company we’ll use to service the family lake homes moving forward. Quality work and outstanding customer service. Definitely worth the money spent. Highly recommend.

I hired North Country Plumbing to remodel both of my bathrooms as well as install a Reznor heater in my garage. They showed up on time, did quality work and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Jeremy at North Country Plumbing.
Response from the owner

We hired through our realtor for them to come check on a water heater that was leaking. ends up just a loose valve. took less than 10 minutes to tighten valve. water heater worked fine. WAY OVERPRISED!!!!!!! $200.00 was the bill! BEWARE: they will steal u blind! u said the water heater was empty? tell me this: how can an empty water tank leak??????? this doesn't make sense.
Response from the owner
Dori, We appreciate your business and your feedback. When we showed up to your house, the water heater was empty but the power to it was on. We tightened the valves, filled the water heater and then waited to be sure there was hot water for you. We wanted to make sure there was no damage done due to the power being on to an empty water heater and that the leaks were fixed. Our labor rates are commensurate with other local trades similar in size who maintain a staff of fully licensed professionals. While the plumbers may have been at your house for a short time they are also paid for the time it takes them to get to the job and back. This is also standard for local service providers. Our labor rates take into account wages, insurances, fuel administrative costs and overhead associated with owning a business and having employees. Your bill from us was $197.50. Our costs on that $197.50 were $161.07 leaving us a profit of $36.43. Hardly enough to be characterized as theft. An empty water tank doesn't leak but a leaking tank eventually becomes an empty tank.
