  John of North Country Mechanical has his business listed as an HVAC repair service. I have an issue with a central air unit and had to call him twice (he didn't return my first call) and on the second call he told me he won't even look at a unit he didn't install. Even when I told him there were no markings on the interior or exterior part of the unit where I could identify who did the installation years before I bought the house. His phone demeanor was quite rude and abrupt. And basically, because he is very busy right now, he flatly said he wouldn't touch it and refused to recommend any other service I might reach out to.
