  We are finishing a new build and were lucky enough to have North Bay Heating & Cooling install all the HVAC. Before they even started, they came out and thoroughly discussed all our options and costs. These people know their business! During the install and more importantly, afterwards, they patiently answered any questions we had about operating and maintaining the system. It's rare when you get as much customer service from a company after a job has been completed as when they are trying to get your business. We plan to use them for HVAC maintenance in the future. Highly recommend Kasey and his team!

  Amazing work, effort, communication and install by these guys! My uncle's cabin in Brainerd has not had AC and now we have 2 large units put in to help with summer heat! They also have a heating capability for winter! I LOVED how they were knowledgeable, down to earth, helpful, and efficient. I highly recommend their services, I wish they had more reviews to tell you how helpful they are. Maybe their clients just dont know how to post a review! 🙃 They even spent time with my uncle to show him how to run the machines, use the remotes, and shared info about the warranties for new units. 👏 SO HELPFUL ! They are big into helping anyone. AC and heat are in high demand in the summer, as it is always, and they may be booked out because of this high demand. I would totally wait for them and hire their services! They will do anything they can to get you the materials, especially since the market is really nuts for supplies right now. Thank you for all you do! We now have AC!
